Working Principle
Empty bottles or jerry cans are placed onto the conveyor and automatically indexed into the filling station using a pneumatic container stopper. The 4 digital flow meter filling heads dispense the preset volume accurately into each container. Filled containers then move to the semi-automatic capping station where the operator places and tightens the caps. The filled and capped containers are then transferred for labeling, coding and secondary packaging.
