Working Principle
PET preforms are loaded into the infrared preheating oven, where they are heated uniformly to the required temperature. The heated preforms are then transferred into the mould cavity. Using high-pressure compressed air and mechanical stretching, the preforms expand to match the mould shape, producing high-quality PET bottles. Finished bottles are automatically ejected and are ready for filling and packaging.
